System Compatibility

For Windows 10, 8.1, 7 32/64 bit, you just need to connect this bluetooth USB adapter to your computer and then install the driver to enjoy a fast and convenient bluetooth connection. Note: it does not work with windows 8, Mac OS, Linux, car radios, TV, etc.

Driver installation

Step 1. Connect the bluetooth adapter to the usb port of the computer, the computer will recognize it and the bluetooth icon will be displayed in the lower right corner immediately.

Step 2. Install the driver from the CD. (If the CD cannot be used or drive error, please download the newest driver for product SKU ‘80889’ from UGREEN referring to the manual).

Step 3. Restart the computer and the computer system should be compatible with the adapter.

Notes:Win10 computer must disable the Bluetooth driver that comes with the system before installing this driver. (For more detailed information, see the manual.)

1. How to get and install the corresponding driver?

Please refer to the manual and search ‘80889’ from UGREEN and follow the installation steps from the manual.

2. Driver error or can’t be installed?

If your PC has a Bluetooth function, you need to disable the PC’s Bluetooth before connecting to our products.
Please check the system’s necessary drivers and repair the system driver.
Please uninstall other Bluetooth drivers and install our driver again.

3. How does this USB Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter work with PS4/PS4 Pro/PS5, Xbox One S/One X/Series X/Series S?

This USB Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter can only work withPS4/PS4 Pro/PS5 Game Controllers, Xbox One S/One X/Series X/Series S Game Controllers. You could connect the game controllers to your PC through Bluetooth.
This USB Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter CAN NOT work with PS4/PS4 Pro/PS5 Consoles, Xbox One S/One X/Series X/Series S Consoles. It does not work on PS4/PS4 Pro/PS5, Xbox One S/One X/Series X/Series S as a USB BlueTooth audio receiver or transmitter. It can’t transmit audio signals from your game consoles to your Bluetooth Headphones or Speakers.

4. Bluetooth adapter’s latency issues, unstable connection.

Please make the Bluetooth adapter be apart from the USB wireless network adapter cause they will interfere with each other.
One computer can only use one USB Bluetooth adapter, otherwise there will be interference.
Please try to use another USB port to make sure the USB port works well, and change to use it in another place if possible to check whether there is a signal-blocking or obstacles.

5. Bluetooth products not connecting to the receiver.

Please make sure the Bluetooth device is in the paired state.
Please try to connect to another Bluetooth device. If the connection also fails, please reinstall the driver for a try.
