How to use?

The easy sublimation heat transferring simplified the process, no need any heat press machine, just need sublimation shrink wrap sleeves heat gun and oven. Save your time and money.

Step 1. Fix the printed sublimation paper with heat resistant adhesive tape on the surface of the object with sublimation coating

Step 2. Then wrap it with sublimation shrink film, and shrink the film by heat gun.

Step 3. Adjust the temperature of oven at 338?Hdegree(170??), within 5 minutes.(Attention: 338?H and 5 minutes is suitable for most sublimation, but the temperature and time varies with the different sublimation blanks, sublimation paper, sublimation ink, oven)

Step 4. After the heat process complete and cools down naturally, tear off the package on the surface of the object.

Warm Tips

1.When using heat gun to shrink the wrap film, it needs to be evenly heated 20cm away from the surface of the object. Shaking the heat gun at a constant speed during heating process. It cannot be fixed in one place for heating, otherwise the wrap film will be broken easily.

2.The temperature of the oven must within 338?Hdegree(170??), and the heating time must within 5 minutes(Attention: this is the limit of this wrap film). The time and temperature varies with the sublimation blanks, sublimation paper, sublimation ink, oven etc.

3. The sublimation paper should be flat and tightly attached to the surface of the sublimation blanks, and there should be no gaps, looseness, or overlapping of the paper, otherwise it will affect the transfer effect.

4.Use a temperature tester to check the temperature in the oven in real time during the baking process, and adjust the temperature setting of the oven in time to avoid shrinkage packaging rupture due to excessive temperature
