How to Use

Insert StretcherPlace the shoe stretcher into the shoe. Ensure the toe block is fullyclosed and that it touches the end of the toe box. Also ensure the heelblock is tucked within the shoe, when stretching your shoe lengthwise. |
Rotate ClockwiseTurn the lengthening wheel to ensure the fit is snug. Rotate the wheelclockwise to move the heel block towards your shoe??s heel counter tomake the toe block wider, or stretch the length. Insert spot stretchingplugs where you need pressure point relief. |
Standing TimeLeave the stretcher in for 6 ?C 10 hours, and then check for fit. If youneed additional stretching, put the stretcher back in and wait another 8hours. It may take 24 ?C 48 hours to achieve the right fit. |
Pull OutRemove the shoe stretcher, turn the handle counterclockwise after stretch your shoe lengthwise or widthwise, and pull out. |
