Diameter Sizing
The diameter of 365 Sleepers is the measurement of the Inside Diameter of the ring. For example, an 8mm ring in 18G will measure 10mm on the outside diameter.
Each person??s piercing is unique in position and people also like different looks. Some prefer the hoop to hang below the lobe whereas others like the hoop to fit snug.
Generally, the most popular diameter for a regular ear piercing is 8mm and 10mm.
Ring Thickness
The thickness of 365 Sleepers is measured in millimetres and represented by Gauge Size.
The most popular gauges for regular ear piercings are 20 Gauge (0.8mm) and 18 Gauge (1.0mm).
16 Gauge (1.2mm) is also extremely popular but is more suitable for healed piercings as it is a
bit thicker than a standard earring.
Cleaning
365 Sleepers need to be disinfected before using and we suggest using an antiseptic liquid. Avoid using alcohol or any harsh chemical to clean or sterilise your jewellery.

For a good clean after prolonged wearing, you can use a very soft toothbrush.
