How Install Apps or set default download location to the SD Card?

Take a blank Micro SD card and insert into the tablet.
In SETTINGS click STORAGE and then SD CARD
Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen then select STORAGE SETTINGS and then FORMAT AS INTERNAL.

My tablet keeps shutting down and will only stay on with the power connected.

In most cases it is because the battery is not charged properly.When charging please check whether the power plug is inserted firmly into the micro usb port.We recommend charging the device using a usb compatible wall adapter for no less than 8-12 hours.

My tablet is running slowly how can i free up some space?

Go to Settings > Apps and select which programs/apps you want to delete.

NOTE:Some pre-installed apps cannot be uninstalled/deleted.

When trying to connect to my wifi i get message ‘Authentication problem’.

This usually means the password was entered incorrectly. Please select your Wifi again and choose ‘forget’. Now select your wifi again and reenter the password. If you are getting the same error please try this:On the tablet go to Settings WIFI select your wifi and choose FORGET. Now go to Settings Apps All Clear data in google services framework and then restart the tablet. Now go back into Settings Wifi and try connecting to your WIFI and see if it connects.

Why does the tablet screen have scratches all over it?

The tablet comes with a very thin plastic screen protector from the factory please peel this off if you do not need it or if the plastic has too many blemishes on it.

Why is my tablet is showing the incorrect amount of free storage space?

The storage space on the tablet is correct however that same storage space is also used for a number of different software features that need to be preinstalled from the factory such as the following:

1.Android Operating System – This will take up a bulk of the used space as it is the main way to interact and use your tablet.Without an operating system the tablet would not operate and would be just a bunch of electronic components.

2.A backup version of the operating system – If for some reason your tablet develops some software issues there is a factory version of the operating system on the storage which allows you to do a full factory reset on the device resetting the device to how it would be out of the box from the factory.This backup of the operating system is also quite large and will take up a little less than the uncompressed/installed version of the operating system as mentioned above.

3.Lastly we have a few installed apps and extra software features that come preinstalled on the tablet but are not part of the default Android O/S e.g. Netflix FM Radio app etc.We install some of these programs as a courtesy to our customers to allow some extra features out of the box that they may find useful.
