Dear Customers, When the ethernet port doesn’t work and there is no ethernet adapter(Realtek USB GBE family Controller)in Device Manager->Network adapters.Please Shut down the MINI PC. Unplug the power cord from MINI PC or cut off the power supply to MINI PC,Then plug the power cord or restore the power supply to the mini pc., Thank you so much for choosing MeLE MINI PC.

Q5. MeLE mini pc supports 4K display@60hz,But what to do if the mini pc encounters 4k video lagging?

4k displays is affected by many factors, such as net speed, HDMI cable, monitor setting, graphic card, video decoding method, video format and video resolution.

Our mini pc adopts integrated graphic, if the 4K video still lags after hardware decoding, your video might need higher processor and delicate graphic card.And we suggest you to lower the resolution to 1080p for video fluency.

What are the two methods of video decoding?How to solve 4K lagging when in Software decoding?

Software decoding is to use CPU to decode, it takes up CPU resources and reduce processor speed.

Hardware decoding is to use GPU.Comparatively speaking,Hardware decoding can reduce the CPU workload.

Most video players adopts CPU decoding by default.Microsoft is aware of this problem,Now you are welcome to download V9P software on Microsoft store to enable GPU video decoding.
