What exactly are “Paralletes” and why should I use them?
Paralletes are small mini bars with 10 cm (XS) or 20 cm height (XL) above the ground. They are lightweight enough to take anywhere and strong enough to withstand a load of up to 250kg. Silicone pads on the bottom ensure that your PowerBars do not slip. The unique design provides a naturally ergonomic grip for a variety of bodyweight exercises for greater shoulder stability, balance and strength.
Whether L-sit, push-up, planch, handstand or crow, with the WoodPower PowerBars you always have everything under control.
