?? Keep their room temperature between 16??C and 20??C (62??F to 68??F). Our Groegg room thermometer can help you monitor this.
?? Always put your baby down to sleep on their back.
?? Keep their bed clear.
?? Make sure their bed is firm and flat, with a waterproof cover.
?? Keep their environment smoke-free.
?? Never sleep with your baby on a sofa or armchair.
