How To Wash Your SIlk

STEP 1Fill tub/basin with cold water (<30° C) and add mild liquid detergent (PH neutral). Add one tablespoon white vinegar per 1L water to help restore shine and softness. Please do not use bleach. |
STEP 22. Gently agitate your silk and soak for 5-10 minutes to further remove dirt and build up. |
STEP 33. Rinse with cold water until water runs clear. To remove excess water, fold the silk and gently press the water out.Please do not wring/twist as this will cause damage to the fibres of your pillowcase. |
STEP 44. Place your silk pillowcase onto a clean towel and roll it up. Leave it for a few minutes to allow the towel to soak up the water. Later, hang to air dry, away from direct sunlight. |
