GRILL/OVEN MAT AND BAG- DO’S AND DON’TS
While you can do just about anything you want to with these mats, there are a few do??s and don??ts to follow if you want them to last longer.
1. DO wash on the top rack of your dishwasher only
2. DO NOT place directly on charcoal. Lay the mat over the grill grates approx 7 inches from the burners. (Feel free to use it over fire, just make sure the flame doesn??t actually touch the mat or bag!)
3. DON??T layer mats on top of each other when cooking, if you use multiple mats
4. DON??T use sharp metal utensils, as they can damage the mats and grill bags
5. DON’T use scratch pad or abrasive brush while cleaning mats or the bags
6. You can cut the mat to your desired size if its too big for you
7. When the use time exceeds 30 minutes, the maximum temperature cannot exceed 260F; when used for a short time, the maximum temperature cannot exceed 500F.
