Notice:

1. If the charging is discontinuous, Please check whether the connection between the charging cable and the car phone holder and between the charging cable and the car charger is loose, and try re-plug it.
Please use the original charging cable, or replace the car charger that supports QC3.0 fast charging

2. If the wings of the car phone holder open and close automatically, please check whether the light inlet of the light sensor above the front panel is blocked by foreign objects, and check whether there is any foreign object touching the position of the touch sensor on the back.
Please wipe the front and back sensor positions, adjust the car phone holder not to face the direction of strong light changes, and re-plug the charging cable.

3. If the wireless charging does not work, please confirm whether the mobile phone model supports the Qi wireless charging protocol; please confirm whether the mobile phone case is too thick (thickness > 0.3 in), or whether there are decorative parts such as metal rings on the back of the mobile phone,
please remove the mobile phone case or decorative parts to see if wireless charging works.
