FAQ & Tips

*The output is 24bit or 32bit ? which is correct ?
This adapter’s chip is 32bit/384Khz level . however , we have to limited it into 24bit/96Khz level to prevent compatibility problems, because the USB Type A port on most devices are still 2.0version with only 24bit channel. This is fundamentally different from a chip with a maximum of 24bit .
*How to switch the standard ?
To switch CTIA/OMTP standard, please keep the headphone connected, then plug & unplug the adapter from PC . the adapter will Re-identify the standard .
*Why my microphone volume is very low ?
This adapter is designed for mass-market headphone / microphones . some professional headphone has very high impedance which is too heavy for USB 2.0 port with limited power . please use Amp or premium soundcard .
*Why there is no respond or static when plug-in ?
If no respond , please check if this adapter is your default audio device in system .
If any static , please try to plug this adapter to the PC’s backside usb port, as the front usb port occasionally has very low working power .

TS Jack : Mono Signal (1 ring on the pin)
TRS Jack : Stereo signal for either audio or mic (2 rings)
TRRS Jack : Stereo audio + Mono mic (3 rings)
- So the TS TRS microphone NOT suit this adapter
